More considerations on sunlight

“I’ve got to keep moving, got to keep moving, blues running down like hail.”
That moving and that running is a man keeping up with himself. There is a chorus of demons, dark creatures, and all of them claw at that man as he makes his way up the mountain. You don’t see the demons? Look, sometimes there is sun. But don’t fall asleep in the darkness. Keep moving. Do you know those men who keep moving over the rocks of the frozen shore during the night? During the white outs? They keep crawling over the shore. They use their buttocks to feel their way, to feel the waves, to feel the movement of the sea. Carpenter said they don’t say “Let’s see what we can hear,” but, rather, “Let’s hear what we can see.”
